Sara is a Board Certified Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Sara received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, magna cum laude, from Worcester State University in 2008. She then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing Degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2013.

Dr. Susan Wheatley is the founder of Crabapple OB/GYN and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from Medical College of Georgia and completed her residency at Georgia Baptist Medical Center.
Dr. Wheatley has served on several panels and committees including Chair for North Fulton Hospital’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Chair of the Emergency Department Committee
Dr. Wheatley is semi-retired and enjoys building houses, sailing in the Caribbean and raising livestock in her free time!
Besides being passionate about his patients' overall health, Dr Keating's clinical interests include weight management and addiction therapy and treatment Dr. William Keating is the founder of Keating Family Medicine and he is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He graduated with a medical degree from Georgetown University. He completed his residency at a naval base in Jacksonville, Florida and managed a large medical facility in South Korea.
Dr. Keating started Keating Family Medicine in 2004 to provide quality medical services to the residents of Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Cumming, and Gainesville, who at the time were underserved by the medical community.
Dr. Keating’s clinical interests are addiction treatment, addiction therapy, and drug detox.
In his free time, you will find him spending time with his wife and three sons, on the courts practicing his forehand, restringing his racket, or studying investing.
