Besides being passionate about his patients' overall health, Dr Keating's clinical interests include weight management and addiction therapy and treatment. Dr. William Keating is the founder of Keating Family Medicine and he is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He graduated with a medical degree from Georgetown University. He completed his residency at a naval base in Jacksonville, Florida and managed a large medical facility in South Korea.
Dr. Keating started Keating Family Medicine in 2004 to provide quality medical services to the residents of Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Cumming, and Gainesville, who at the time were underserved by the medical community.
Dr. Keating’s clinical interests are addiction treatment, addiction therapy, and drug detox.
In his free time, you will find him spending time with his wife and three sons, on the courts practicing his forehand, restringing his racket, or studying investing.
